Bukit Tunku, formerly known as Kenny Hill, is an
affluent residential area in Kuala Lumpur. Named after Malaysia’s first Prime
Minister Tunku Abdul Rahman, who also resided here, a bungalow in Bukit Tunku
fetches RM12.6M, and the median PSF for similar buildings in this area is RM422
PSF. The area is especially popular among the local ghost hunters and
enthusiasts due to the reported supernatural activities, making Bukit Tunku a
must-visit place for organised ghost tours. Despite its haunted reputation,
Bukit Tunku remains one of the coveted addresses not only in Kuala Lumpur but
also the Klang Valley.
